Continued Birthday Fun!

On Saturday, Emily and I went shopping and then I took her to the new Cheesecake Factory in Murray. There was a 3 hour wait to get a table so we ended up going to a movie too! We had a blast. It is always fun to get out with Em.

Emily's 27th Birthday

My BFF Emily turned 27 the day after Thanksgiving. Her family gave her a surprise birthday party. It was fun. We did all the things we did when we were kids at her birthday parties.

We even played Bubble Bobble on her Nintendo! Wow, what memories! We never got to play on a screen this big when we were kids though!

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving. I love it when our family gets together. It was fun to have Paula and Lucas with us this year! We missed Lee, Erik, Karla, Alisa and their families...

Gavin....so cute!

We had 18 people over and 15 pies and a cobbler...I guess we like pie! Amy hand made most of them. I cannot believe how many pies she made!

Zip Line/Gavin

My Dad also put up a zip line in the backyard. This was a big hit with all the kids. Even Lucas and Paula gave it a try!

New Telescope

My Dad got a new telescope. It is supposed to be his Christmas gift from Mom but Cadence and Easton would not allow him to wait until Christmas to get it out. They were so excited to test it out, especially Cadence.

I got tagged by Karla. Here are a few things that you may not know about me.

1. I like to go to the gym. I know it doesn't look like it but I actually enjoy going to the gym when I have the time to do it....I guess that is the key, time!

2. I am addicted to my cell phone. I have to have it with me. I never turn it off. I guess that I am just hoping someone will call...I am so pathetic :)

3. I love to go to the movies. I will see just about anything if someone will go with me. I will not go to the movies alone though....

4. I wonder a lot if I should really be a nurse. I don't know if I am smart enough to learn it all!

5. I hate being the youngest kid in the family. I always feel like the little kid tagging along for the ride. I wish I knew my brothers better too.

I know these are all things that everyone could have lived without knowing but that is ok.

Trick or Treat

We had a great Halloween. I forget how tired it makes everyone. Cadence had the annual Halloween parade at his school. This is where the whole school goes through the gym all dressed up so everyone can see the costumes. Later we went up to Amy's house to go trick or treating with them. It was fun. Even Vaughn dressed up! I was surprised!
