On Friday the kids and I went up Provo Canyon. We went up to Cascade Springs and had a picnic then went down the other side of the mountain into American Fork Canyon. The leaves are starting to change colors. It was so beautiful! I absolutely LOVE the canyon. It is getting cold again. We got snow on Timpanogos last night. Fall is officially here! I don't know if I will ever be able to leave Utah!

Cadence is at that age where he is missing a teeth and has teeth growing in. He is also eating a chocolate doughnut.
